Founded in 2006

Rest Assured was founded in 2006 in Lafayette, IN.  We have provided remote supports to thousands of people with varying needs since our inception. Our leadership team has a combined 75+ years of experience in supporting seniors and people with disabilities.

We believe very strongly that the appropriate application of technology can drastically improve someone’s life. Our core principle is individualization of our services. There is no “one size fits all” solution. This core concept, with the application of cutting-edge technology, is what is creating results for the people we support and what makes us excited to come to work each day!

• Services Across the Nation. Currently, Rest Assured supports providers and individuals in 17 states. We invented remote monitoring in 2006, and 2026 marks 20 years as an industry leader.
• A Secure Building. All of our monitoring is done in our HIPAA-compliant office (monitoring base). We have a secure building that is accessible only with an employee badge.
• Committed to Continuity of Care. Rest Assured has two teams that handle monitoring, and the individuals we serve are familiar with our remote staff.  Pairing individuals with specific remote staff allows us to ensure continuity of care and provide the highest quality of services. This system benefits individuals by increasing their comfort level, while also helping staff understand each person’s specific needs. Our staff maintains ongoing communication with the individual’s family/team to ensure any changes in condition are addressed promptly.
• Daily Updates. We send providers/families (whoever is listed on the care plan to receive) daily narratives at 5 pm EST. This helps providers/families see what occurred during monitoring time, such as any daily living skills, medication reminders, etc.
• MyRA (My Rest Assured System). MyRA is an application that allows families/providers to utilize our software. Users can update schedules, care plans, review sensor history, and even video call the individual in the home using Rest Assured equipment. Consent forms must be signed by the individual and/or guardian before a MyRA account can be set up.

This upgraded tablet can now be mounted to the wall and offers a more elevated look than the previous wooden cabinet/tablet version.

DOSE Medication Dispenser

The Dose Flip ensures that individuals take their medication on time without any assistance. Additionally, caregivers can receive notifications on medication status/intake, as well as monitor multiple individuals.
